With over 19 years teaching experience including 7 years running her own studio, Kristin is a knowledgeable, professional dance teacher and choreographer. Kristin holds her ARAD Solo Seal, Certificate III in Dance from the Australian Ballet School, Teacher’s Certificate in Modern Jazz with Comdance, Diploma in Dance Teaching Studies with The Royal Academy of Dance, is an RAD Registered Teacher, Progressing Contemporary Technique (PCT) and Level 3 Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) Certified Teacher.


Kristin is a versatile teacher, passionate about passing on her love of dance to students of all ages. Her students have been very successful in various facets of dance, many progressing on to further training institutions and flourishing professional careers in the industry with schools and companies such as: Queensland Ballet Academy, John Cranko School, Stuttgart Ballet Company, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Circus Roncalli, West End, Bachelor of Musical Theatre – Qld Conservatorium Griffith University, Bachelor of Acting at the Qld Conservatorium and Brent Street Studios Full-Time Courses to name a few. Miss Kristin’s classes are inspiring, energetic and challenging, delivered through a holistic teaching approach. She is always learning new styles and techniques which she enthusiastically shares with all her students.


During her three years of training at the Australian Ballet School Kristin was chosen to perform in many productions, some of her most memorable include the 40th Anniversary gala at the State Theatre, The Nutcracker at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl, Signet in Swan Lake for the ABS Morning Melodies at the Concert Hall and touring with the Australian Ballet Dancer Company in their 2003 tour of The Nutcracker to regional areas in VIC, NSW and TAS.


As a student, Kristin grew up competing in all sections of local and state Eisteddfods and competitions. As a soloist she competed in Classical Ballet, Demi-character, National, Tap, Jazz, Free-Movement/Lyrical, Contemporary, Song & Dance, Improvisation and Speech & Drama sections. Kristin values the role Eisteddfods and competitions played in her dance journey and the platform they continue to provide for aspiring performers to showcase their talent. She has choreographed hundreds of outstanding routines for students and studios across Queensland in a variety of genres.

As an adjudicator,  Kristin hopes to inspire many more young dancers to pursue their dreams by offering constructive feedback, guidance and belief whilst encouraging all students to continue to dance and perform for enjoyment, exercise, confidence and lifelong belonging to a supportive community.
