Kelly Groves is an accomplished performing arts professional whose career spans almost two decades as a dancer, educator, consultant, and industry leader. Beginning her training at just three years of age, Kelly’s early commitment to excellence was further honed throughout her high school and tertiary education where she developed a lifelong passion to perform.

A dedicated educator, Kelly has inspired and mentoring students across Australia. Her teaching is recognised for balancing technical precision with creative artistry, enabling her students to excel both in examinations and performance.

Many of her students have progressed into professional training programs and careers in the performing arts.

Beyond her work in the studio, Kelly has collaborated with some of the industry’s leading organisations, including Empowerdance, Wakakirri, and the Australian Dance Festival. In these roles she has contributed as a mentor, facilitator, and strategic advisor, further cementing her reputation as a trusted voice in the performing arts.

Today, Kelly also serves as a performing arts consultant and strategist, providing high-level guidance to studios and arts organisations across Australia.
