Diane has taught all styles of theatrical dancing in the Illawarra Region of New South Wales for many years. She studied Tap, Jazz and Classical Ballet under Elaine and Shirley Honeybrook, in Balmain, Sydney. Later Diane studied Classical Ballet with Joan and Monica Halliday and Beverley Rowles.
She studied the Contemporary style under Ronne Arnold and Scottish Highland Dancing with Mrs June Williams and Dorothy Kerr.
Many of Diane’s students have gone on to professional careers in dance companies, Cruise Lines, and all aspects of the entertainment industry.
Diane has also choreographed many musicals for Roo Theatre, Guys and Dolls, Annie Mikado and Summer Rain to name a few. Diane is a registered teacher and life Member of the Royal Academy of Dance. She is a registered teacher with the Ballet Australasia Ltd, and National Dancing Association of Australia.
