Kiera Cronk

Kiera Cronk is a Hobart-based dance educator, choreographer, performer and studio director with 29 years in the performing arts, specialising in Musical Theatre, Tap and Jazz. A former competitive dancer at national level, she founded Cosmic Dance in 2018, growing it into one of Southern Tasmania's leading studios known for strong culture, quality training and competition success. Beyond teaching, she mentors emerging teachers, has adjudicated Time To Shine and local competitions, and runs guest workshops across Southern Tasmania.

Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Visual Communications, a Certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management, a Diploma of Business Management, and Certificate IV qualifications in Business and Retail Management, alongside current First Aid, CPR and Working with Vulnerable People accreditations. She's also performed in local musical theatre productions like The Drowsy Chaperone and The Wizard of Oz.

As an Australian Dance Adjudicators Trainee Member, Kiera approaches adjudication with a philosophy centred on fair, constructive feedback — aiming to help every dancer feel proud, motivated and excited to keep performing.
